One other option is a new rocker assembly. Which is available at $80.00 a piece. This does not include the treatment process that we perform.

With the price of new rockers, alone. Average is $1,280.00 This is not including the price of the treatment process we do on the new rockers. With this option the price of New Rockers has pretty much doubled in costs.

Why, having the original rockers reconditioned and strengthen from our process it becomes more cost effective. Plus, adds better quality control from the inspection process we do to eliminate any possible failures that the OEM rocker has endured over the years. After we have put the OEM rockers thru our treatment process. With, that being said. Some of these rockers from the factory along with the time these are ran. There is some casting flaws that are imbedded into the rockers. Cause these OEM Rockers are not perfect from new.  That’s why after our process and them coated with a phosphorus coating we help to fix those small casting flaws and imperfections. This part is not a part from the factory that is at standards of the aircraft industry. If they where they would be A LOT more money. We take that process of our treatment and grade it way above OEM standards. That’s what you are receiving. The coating is a protection that helps to reduce the wear that as these are ran over 20+ yrs and restore it better then EVEN THE NEW OEM OPTION that can be purchased.
