This is a new offering of a option we have for a SFI Approved Flex plate for your 7.3L Power Stroke Diesel Engine. Built for extreme-duty applications, these flex plate’s are designed to withstand the demands of higher horsepower & torque engines. A 4mm-thick centerplate provides a solid foundation, with precision-welded ring gears—crafted using advanced robotic cold-welding techniques—with also meeting stringent SFI specifications that are meant or too exceed the added torque that most any power upgrade does when being added into your engine or engine build.
“We wanted to find a good solution for our customers that are upgrading there engines with more power and torque to have a very good option of a flex plate to be above the OEM Style flex plate’s that have over time been abused and prone to cracking.”
Here is the solution for a replacement Upgraded Flex plate that will last even longer and be more reliable down the road! This flex plates are easily capable of handling over 1500 FT. LBS OF TORQUE. With Horsepower Ratings OVER 1,000 HP.
Most 7.3 Diesel engines will NOT HAVE A NEED FOR A FLEX PLATE RATED HIGHER THEN THIS FLEX PLATE.
That way WITH the engines we build and OFFER that are rated above 400+ HP. We have a good replacement option to go along with there engine build. This all works really well being able to use this flex plate to also be able to balance out the crank at the same time. That way the customer is getting a true Balanced crank that matches up with having this new FLEXPLATE OPTION included!
