All Studs come with sheathing protection and vacuum sealed packaging to eliminate any potential shipping damages.
Torque is 125 Ft. Lbs. per OEM torque sequences w/ Torque Point Assembly Lube Applied
Typical Clamp Torque Load Is 16,800 lbs.–Force
These 7.3L Head studs are gone thru a through machining process. Then a very stringent heat treatment process. Followed by a highly Quality Control Hardening process then tested for tensile strength that have to be or exceed 16,800 lbs. of Clamping Force. Then go thru a black oxide finishing treatment.
